with Eloghomes we pay in full upfront takes them 2 months to be delivered,2 months per build they have 40 crews plus grid Zero has our own crews, we install each and every foundation per home, it will be a completed kit totally enclosed and put together from top to bottom when Eloghomes gets finished, however grid zero will have to do the last to steps of the roof system and complete the inside of home.

Treehouse experts: we are on a 5-month waiting list with them, if you want a treehouse build like we do, we have to put half down for a deposit, we have secured 2, it takes them 5 months to build each treehouse.

This is the reason for the delay in your profit sharing because year 1 is building everything, roads, green energy, water wells, boat docks, and getting all equipment and Acessories needed for the best customer service.



FULL TRANSPARINCY.

Grid zero island resort adds $50k-$100k on top of their building fees this money goes towards our infostructure of green alternatives as well as the roof system and foundations per home build.

We are an Island in Tennessee Off-Grid Using Green alternatives, we are using, solar energy, backup generators, propane and insinuator toilets. Each rental will be turnkey, with monogramed robes, monogramed towels bed linens. Full turnkey bedrooms, bathroom and kitchens, wood heated hot tubs, top of the line showers and tubs, your choice of fireplace or wood burning stoves, fire pits, use of boat docks and boats, and campground amenities.
